Just to continue on subject of surveillance. It is clear that today for selected people every step can be followed. But what can be the best suggestion for the organised group that is trying to avoid the surveillance.

First advise is to avoid to be selected for special group with constant surveillance, if people think that they could be in that group they should act as if every action is accessible.

It should be said that with today's surveillance possibilities it is quite difficult to do that. But let's say somebody managed to do that what could the advises to avoid to be selected in mass surveillance?

First the group should have sufficient number of "fake" operations in the same group or area to distract attention.

Secondly it should be know that travelling is the risk of being selected when outside of your local area unless you have access to change all the identification data used for the surveillance. So the advice here would be to advance mixing groups and with lots of fake actions and with small distances, operation being transferred to more local people as often as possible, border crossings of course being especially risky for such operations.

It could be noted as well that certain forms of capturing information are available in closed and hidden areas where one would think there is no access. Such areas can often be surveilled by recording devices that transfer information periodically. So to act secretly is very tricky thing nowadays.

Mass operations can be helpful as well when many people are involved as it complicates the surveillance for less numbered high level surveillance team, so the thing is not to get caught by automatic filtering done by machines in this case.
